At HOI, we know it can be frustrating to encounter a need for equipment service. This is why we try our best to prevent this need from arising in the first place, using such methods as the Guaranteed Delivery System and the MARS Bill and Coin Acceptors.
Additionally, our route drivers are trained to clean these acceptors frequently and perform other preventative maintenance while re-stocking the equipment.
However, even with all of these measures in place, there are still times that the need for a service call may arise. If such a situation occurs, we provide service 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, and 365 days per year, when necessary. Our well-trained staff will promptly arrive at your location and resolve the issue as soon as possible.
